Today I’m reviewing the Rice Water Bright Cleansing Light Oil 150 ml for oily skin. If you have dry skin I recommend using the Rice Water Bright Cleansing Rich Oil instead!
“A fresh cleansing oil for oily skin, cleansing thick makeup and impurities with light touch.”
The Rice Water Bright Cleansing Light Oil comes in a simple plastic bottle and has a black pump dispenser which makes it more hygienic and easy to use. It also comes with a clip at the base of the pump to prevent spilling any unnecessary product.
150 ml / 5.07 oz.
As you can see in the picture below it has a very light watery texture. The only downside is that it’s very runny which makes it a bit difficult to apply without spilling any of the product.
It has a mild and pleasant perfumy scent that doesn’t linger for too long.
Isopopryl myristate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Sobreth-30, Tetreoleate, Polyglyceryl-10 Diisostearate, Oryza sativa (rice) bran oil, Simmondsia Chinesis, (jojoba) seed oil, Water, Glycerin, Butylene glycol, Oryza sativa (rice) extract, Saponaria Officinalis Leaf Extract, Fragrance, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Hydroxycitronellal, Limonene and Linalool.
Mineral oil and paraben free
Contains natural rice ran ingredients
Warning: It contains some ingredients that may trigger acne/irritated skin.
It removed all my make-up effectively and I’m very pleased with the result. Not only did it remove my powder and bb cream, but my eye make-up as well! After using the cleansing oil my skin felt very fresh and it didn’t leave any greasy residue on my face. If you use heavy waterproof eye make-up or lipstick you may want to buy an extra cleanser for those areas.
How to use
Gently massage the cleansing oil on your face in a circular motion. One pump is enough! Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. For optimal results I recommend using the Rice Water Cleansing Foam afterwards to remove oil residues and other dirt that is left on your face.
